Meet Rob Westhead: Project Manager
I’m Rob, and I bring nearly 20 years of experience in the property industry to every project I manage. Over the years, I’ve worked across a variety of areas as well as project management, including land acquisition and sales negotiation, giving me a well-rounded understanding of the property world.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with a wide range of clients, from homeowners looking to transform their living spaces to commercial clients and regional property developers, and national PLC housebuilders overseeing large-scale projects. I’ll be your point of contact throughout the entire process, ensuring you’re supported at every stage.
Meet Jon Winson: Project Manager
Prior to partnering up with Rob, I was a director in a local residential development/building company. With a hands-on approach, I oversaw several projects across Dorset and delivered all types of new properties for open market sale. During this 9 year period the experience I have gained is invaluable when it comes to project managing for private clients.
As an exceptional communicator, I believe that a good old-fashioned face-to-face meeting, where possible, will ensure tasks get completed without any confusion. With many contacts and relationships built over nearly 30 years in the property industry, your project is in safe hands.
