Replacement of a dated structurally unsound family home and erection of 6 new build apartments with heritage style car port. A much larger project requiring careful consideration to the build strategy as the site was very restricted for storage space and deliveries. Built using traditional build methods these properties benefitted from having large balconies, passenger lift and air source heat pumps feeding under floor heating. All units sold late 2024, early 2025.
