A smaller but nonetheless challenging project due to restricted access and due to the size of the structure (72 sqm) the client opted for a steel portal frame. The building needed to comply to current building regulations and will be used as a home office and golf simulator. We project managed the entire process selecting all sub-contractors including external landscaping with putting green. We also arranged all building control inspections and the final sign off was in July 2026.
